What is your Privacy Policy?

We do not share, give, rent or sell your personal information to any third parties for purposes of commercial solicitation. The only time we share your information with other companies is for the purpose of filling your orders, processing payments, etc. For example, we share your shipping address with FedEx or UPS so that your order can be shipped to you.

How long has Neways been in business?

Neways has been a corporation since 1992 and is lead by an experienced Leadership Team with a strong background in the development of effective products without the potentially harmful ingredients, liquid nutritional and other health supplements and the marketing of these products.

Can I place an Order by phone?

US Territories plus Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, Caribbean, Bahamas and Jamaica and Cayman Islands and Bermuda: 

All shipments are shipped by U.S. Post Office. Cost to be quoted on each shipment.

How long does it take to ship products?

Neways, the company, has a 24 hour ship policy. All orders that are received at the company after 12:00 o’clock noon are considered shippable the following day. You can consider approximately 3 to 10 days for Ground Shipping , depending on your location.

How do you handle Back Orders?

If the product is not in stock all unshipped items are cancelled and a new order for the item must be placed with the company. They do not carry forward back ordered items to be shipped later.

Is there a Sales Tax?

This depends on the state you live. By law all companies are required to collect the state sales tax and refund it to the proper state, unless there is a legal state exception. You can contact your state sales revenue office for the policy and rules for your state.

Insufficient Funds!

If there is no satisfaction of funds within 5 working days the order will be cancelled.

Why do I need to include my phone number at Checkout?

If necessary, the shipping carrier will contact you to verify your shipping address before delivering your item, therefore you phone number must be supplied at Checkout.
